Payment & Cancellation Policy


🩰 How Payment Works:

  • You may choose to pay your total amount in full OR pay a %30 non-refundable deposit to secure your custom keepsake pillow order. A portion of your payment is required at booking to cover essential materials like backing fabric, zippers, thread, and intake preparation.

  • Once we receive your costume, you’ll get a design confirmation and a final invoice for the remaining balance based on your selected options.

  • The remaining balance must be paid in full before we begin production. We will not start cutting or sewing until the final payment is received.

🕒 Production Timeline

  • After final payment, your order is completed within 2–4 weeks, depending on current volume.
  • Rush orders may be available for an additional fee.
